These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and PURPLEIT ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the PURPLEIT software, website, and all associated services (collectively, "the Service"). By purchasing, activating, or using the Service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use and contact us before initiating any payment dispute.
Acceptance of Terms
Access to or use of the Service — including but not limited to visiting the website, registering an account, or activating a license — constitutes your full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules published on the PURPLEIT forum or website.
These Terms apply regardless of how you obtained access to the Service, including through a third party, reseller, or promotional offer. Acceptance on behalf of an organization means you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility
To use the Service, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of purchase and throughout the duration of your subscription:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
- You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions that would prohibit the purchase or use of software services.
- Your account must not have been previously terminated by PURPLEIT for a violation of these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified.
License Grant
Upon successful payment and activation, PURPLEIT grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your own personal use during the active subscription period.
This license is strictly personal and is explicitly conditioned on the following:
- The license is valid only for the single account used to purchase the subscription.
- The license is bound to your registered hardware (see Section 04 — HWID & Account Binding).
- The license does not grant you any ownership rights over the Software or its components.
- Any use of the Software beyond the scope expressly described herein is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- The license expires automatically at the end of your active subscription period and may not be carried over, paused, or transferred.
Granting this license does not waive any rights PURPLEIT holds under applicable intellectual property law.
HWID & Account Binding
The Software employs Hardware ID (HWID) binding as a licensing and anti-abuse mechanism. By activating the Software, you agree to the following conditions:
- The Software will collect and register a hardware fingerprint of the device used at the time of activation.
- Your license may only be active on one (1) device at a time unless an alternative plan explicitly states otherwise.
- HWID resets are not guaranteed and are granted solely at PURPLEIT's discretion. We reserve the right to limit, delay, or deny HWID reset requests without obligation to provide justification.
- Attempting to spoof, emulate, or manipulate your hardware fingerprint to circumvent HWID restrictions constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund.
- Each PURPLEIT account is personal and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or accessed by any individual other than the registered account holder.
- Logging into your account from multiple simultaneous sessions or devices may trigger automatic suspension pending review.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action:
- Sharing, selling, renting, lending, or otherwise transferring your account, license key, or access credentials to any third party.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, decrypting, or attempting to extract the source code of the Software.
- Modifying, patching, or creating derivative works of the Software without express written authorization from PURPLEIT.
- Distributing, leaking, or publicly disclosing any internal functionality, code, or assets of the Software.
- Publicly posting or distributing bypass methods, exploit instructions, or any material that undermines the integrity of the Software or its anti-detection mechanisms.
- Using the Software in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward PURPLEIT staff, forum members, or other users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to PURPLEIT's systems, servers, databases, or other infrastructure.
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or to abuse promotional offers.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in any communications with PURPLEIT.
Subscriptions & Billing
PURPLEIT offers the following subscription plans, subject to change at our discretion:
- Weekly Plan — grants access to the Software for a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of activation.
- Monthly Plan — grants access to the Software for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of activation.
Additional terms governing billing:
- Subscriptions are non-recurring by default unless explicitly stated as auto-renewal. If auto-renewal is offered, you may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
- The subscription period begins at the moment of successful payment confirmation and license activation, not at the time of first use.
- Unused subscription time cannot be paused, rolled over, or refunded under any circumstances.
- All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- PURPLEIT reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect subscriptions already active at the time of the change.
- In the event of a failed payment, access to the Software may be suspended immediately until payment is completed.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of the Software, all sales are considered final. PURPLEIT operates a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:
- No refund will be issued once a license key has been generated, activated, or accessed — regardless of whether the Software was used.
- No refund will be issued if your account is suspended or terminated as a result of a Terms violation.
- No refund will be issued due to a game update, anti-cheat update, or detection event that renders the Software temporarily or permanently non-functional.
- No refund will be issued for claims of incompatibility with your hardware or operating system that were not disclosed prior to purchase.
- No refund will be issued if you change your mind after purchase ("buyer's remorse").
Refund requests may be considered exclusively at PURPLEIT's sole discretion in cases where the Software was demonstrably non-functional due to a verified error on our part, and only if the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase via our official support channel before the license is activated. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 14 business days.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor without first contacting PURPLEIT support constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your account and all associated licenses, with no possibility of reinstatement.
- Permanent ban from all PURPLEIT services, including future purchases.
- Reporting of the fraudulent chargeback to payment processors and relevant fraud prevention databases, which may affect your ability to make online purchases in the future.
- Pursuit of the outstanding debt through legal means, including but not limited to debt collection agencies, where applicable law permits.
If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly. Filing a chargeback before allowing us to resolve the issue is considered bad faith and forfeits any claim to a remedy.
Service Availability
PURPLEIT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Software or any associated services. You acknowledge and accept that:
- The Software may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Game updates, patches, or anti-cheat system updates from third-party developers (including Valve Corporation) may render the Software temporarily non-functional. PURPLEIT assumes no liability for such events and no compensation or refund will be issued.
- Detection by anti-cheat systems is an inherent risk of using third-party software and PURPLEIT accepts no responsibility for any account bans, penalties, or losses resulting from such detection.
- Service downtime does not extend your subscription period unless PURPLEIT explicitly announces otherwise via official channels.
- PURPLEIT reserves the right to discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
Updates & Modifications
PURPLEIT reserves the right to update, modify, patch, or alter the Software and its features at any time and without prior notice. You agree that:
- Updates may change, add, or remove features of the Software without obligation to maintain prior functionality.
- You may be required to install updates to continue using the Software. Failure to do so may result in loss of access.
- PURPLEIT is under no obligation to maintain, support, or update the Software indefinitely.
- Modifications to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, pricing, or any other policies will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
- Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the changes without reservation.
Account Suspension & Termination
PURPLEIT reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and license at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Any violation of these Terms, whether confirmed or reasonably suspected.
- Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity misrepresentation.
- Sharing, selling, or distributing your account or license credentials.
- Attempting to bypass HWID restrictions or other security mechanisms.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior toward our staff or community.
- Receiving repeated reports of misconduct from other users or third parties.
- Any activity that PURPLEIT reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, reputation, or operation of the Service.
Upon termination for cause, all licenses are immediately revoked, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time, and you are permanently prohibited from creating new accounts or purchasing the Service again. PURPLEIT is not required to provide a reason for termination and decisions are final.
Intellectual Property
All elements of the PURPLEIT Service — including but not limited to the Software, website design, source code, graphical assets, branding, trademarks, trade names, documentation, and forum content created by PURPLEIT — are the exclusive intellectual property of PURPLEIT and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
- You are granted no intellectual property rights by these Terms other than the limited license described in Section 03.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent from PURPLEIT.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or reports you submit to PURPLEIT may be used by us freely and without compensation or attribution to you.
- PURPLEIT respects third-party intellectual property rights. Any claim of infringement should be submitted to our support channel with full documentation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PURPLEIT expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Any warranty that the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Any warranty that defects in the Software will be corrected.
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service.
- Any warranty that the Software will not result in a game account ban or penalty of any kind.
You assume full and sole responsibility for any damage to your system, loss of data, account bans, financial losses, or any other consequences resulting from the use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PURPLEIT, its founders, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Any game account suspension, ban, or penalty resulting from the use of the Software.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
- Any statements or conduct of any third party in connection with the Service.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, PURPLEIT's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting PURPLEIT support. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which PURPLEIT operates, as determined by us.
- You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against PURPLEIT.
- Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
